Voting Question: Buying used car HELP!!!!?

looking at buying a car for no more then 3500. i found this at a dealership 2000 Saturn L-Series LS2 its for 2,995 but it has 189,266 miles how long does this car have? Apparently according to the carfax its had 1 owner no accidents and is in good shape. Im in augusta GA so im not sure if this is a rip of or not.
